| When you submit your shopping cart checkout form you will will be redirected to the PayPal site for payment.
Login to use saved credit card information or enter their credit card details and proceed. |

| The PayPal payment form is then displayed.
You must enter all of their information again, enter a code provided by PayPal, and proceed to the next step. |

| A verification screen is displayed confirming the details of the payment including payment method, shipping address and a box for special instructions.
When this form is submitted the payment is sent through PayPal's servers and if successful the you are then greeted with the PayPal receipt (next screen). |

| This is where about 15% of orders are lost. Many customers will see that payment was approved and assume the order has gone through.
It is critical that you click on the "Click here to continue" link (circled and enlarged) to view your shopping cart's online receipt, otherwise we will not receive an email receipt, and the order details will be unavailable to Shadow Presence. |

| When your shopping cart receipt is displayed we will receive an email receipt and the order will be processed. |
